- Rewards information: points balance and reward activity for our Artisan Vault loyalty program.
- Reviews: if you submit a review, your rating, comment, and first name are displayed publicly alongside the dish.
- Technical information: basic device and error diagnostics used to keep the Site reliable (for example, error reports and anonymous usage analytics).
How We Use Your Information
- To process, prepare, and fulfill your pickup and delivery orders.
- To send order confirmations and updates by email (via our email provider, Resend).
- To operate your account and the Artisan Vault rewards program.
- To calculate delivery eligibility and fees based on your address.
- To secure the Site, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
- To display reviews you choose to submit.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make the Site work — including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), our hosting and database providers, and error/analytics tooling — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and card data is handled entirely by Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

- Request a copy or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
- Opt out of non-essential emails; transactional order emails are required to fulfill orders.
Children's Privacy
