These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Joy Curry & Tandoor online ordering website (the "Site"), operated by Joy Curry & Tandoor, located at 148 East 46th Street, New York, NY 10017. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Ordering
- Orders may be placed for pickup or delivery, subject to availability and our delivery area.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and any delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable), in which case you will not be charged, or will be refunded.
- Estimated preparation and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Payment
Payment is required at checkout and is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment you authorize the charge for the total shown, including tax and any delivery fee.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because food is prepared to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Refunds for orders that cannot be fulfilled are issued to your original payment method. To request a change, call us at (212) 697-2000.
Artisan Vault Rewards
- Points are earned on eligible completed orders and may be redeemed for rewards as described in the program.
- Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change. We may modify or end the program at any time.
Halal & Allergen Notice
Our kitchen serves 100% Halal cuisine. It also handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish, and not all items are gluten-free. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering. You are responsible for reviewing item descriptions and allergen information.
Reviews & User Content
If you submit a review, you grant us permission to display it on the Site. You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content. We may remove any content at our discretion.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joy Curry & Tandoor is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
